Shipping & Core Deposit Shipping is included within the continental U.S., though a $200 fee applies to residential deliveries. A $1,000 refundable core deposit is required at checkout for shipped orders. To receive your refund (minus return shipping), return your old battery within 1.5 years. For in-shop or mobile services, we collect the core on-site and no deposit is necessary.

Simple Core Returns Returning your core is easy: place your old battery into the original packaging your new one arrived in and send it back. We will process your refund as soon as the core is received.
