Shipping & Core Deposit Shipping is included within the continental U.S., with a $200 fee for residential deliveries. A $1,000 refundable core deposit is added at checkout for shipped orders. Return your old battery in its original packaging within 1.5 years to receive your refund (minus return shipping). No deposit is required for in-shop or mobile services, as we collect the core at the time of service.

Simple Core Returns To return your old battery, simply place it in the box your new one arrived in and send it back. We will refund your core deposit promptly upon receipt.
