- Disassembly and inspection. Every module is removed, cleaned, and individually load-tested on a [specific equipment, e.g., Hybrid Automotive Prolong system].
- Cell matching. Modules below 6.0Ah measured capacity are replaced. Remaining modules are capacity-matched within 0.2Ah of each other and resistance-matched within 5 mΩ.
- Balancing and conditioning. The rebuilt pack runs through 3–5 full charge/discharge cycles to balance cell voltages and condition the chemistry.
- Final QC. The pack is load-tested at 100A for a sustained run to confirm OEM-spec performance under real driving conditions. We document the final voltages and provide the test sheet on request.
