Return and Refund Policy for Aloy Hybrid Reconditioned Batteries

Hey there, thank you for choosing Aloy Hybrid Reconditioned Battery for your hybrid battery needs. We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you might need to return or get a refund for your recently purchased Aloy Hybrid Reconditioned Battery. We’ve got your back, but there are a few important things to keep in mind.

  1. Product Return Condition:

    Whenever you need to return a product for a refund, make sure it’s in its original packaging. Take good care of it and pack it up properly. If the product comes back damaged or with missing parts, we’ll have to deduct from your core/security deposit. And if the product is seriously damaged and can’t be reused, we can’t issue a refund.
  2. Returns for Defective Products:

    If you’ve got a defective product or it fails prematurely, don’t worry. Our Warranty covers it, and you won’t need to return or ask for a refund in these cases. Check out our Warranty terms for more details.
  3. Refunds for Unshipped Products:

    If your battery doesn’t ship within 30 days of your order, you’re eligible for a full refund, including any deposits. However, if the delay is because of something you did, like not responding to scheduling or giving us wrong info, or if it’s because of circumstances beyond our control, like natural disasters, we can’t give a full refund.
  4. Refunds for Shipped Products:

    If the product has already been shipped and you want to return it, there will be a 20% restocking fee, plus the shipping charges we incurred. We’ll deduct these from your core/security deposit.
  5. Refunds for Installed Products:

    In cases where we’ve done the installation, you’ll need to cover the 20% restocking fee and the cost for our mobile service to remove the battery. The fees for the initial installation won’t be waived.

To kick off a return or refund, get in touch with our Customer Service team or contact@aloyhybrid.com or call at 914-279-9539. Make sure you have your invoice handy for a smoother process.

And remember, any charges we incur while processing a return/refund are on you. We’ll deduct these from your security or core deposits.
