Non-Fleet Vehicles
Aloy Hybrid Battery guarantees that this product has no defects for the selected warranty period and unlimited mileage from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. This specific product warranty only applies to non-fleet vehicles and does not apply to fleet vehicles. The guarantee becomes invalid if damage is caused by misuse, abuse, or an accident. Furthermore, the attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alteration to the product, improper removal or installation, exposure to harsh weather and/or chemicals, lack of proper vehicle maintenance, fuel run out, and engine failed to start conditions all nullify the warranty. This warranty also becomes null and void if the product is opened or any warranty sticker is tampered with, broken, or missing, or if the damage is caused by any other condition that is beyond the control of Aloy Hybrid Battery including fuel run-out, or any condition causing the engine not to start. If your car runs out of fuel or fails to start please call us immediately for instructions to prevent battery damage.
Fleet Vehicles
For fleet vehicles, (taxi cab, uber, delivery vehicles, etc.) Aloy Hybrid Battery warrants that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for the span of 6 moth and Unlimited miles from the date of purchase, except as noted. This specific product warranty does not apply to non-fleet vehicles and becomes null and void if the damage is caused by: misuse, abuse, or accident causing damage to the hybrid battery and its components; the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product; improper removal or installation; exposure to harsh weather and/or chemicals; lack of proper maintenance, fuel run out, and engine failed to start conditions. This warranty also becomes null and void if the product is opened or any warranty sticker is tampered with, broken, or missing, or if the damage is caused by any other condition that is beyond the control of Aloy hybrid Battery including fuel run-out, or any condition causing the engine not to start. If your car runs out of fuel or fails to start please call us immediately for instructions to prevent battery damage.
The warranty can be transferred to new owner within 30 days of vehicle sale during the warranty period. Only 1 transfer is allowed.
Warranry termsare not extendable or restarted after the original date of purchase.
By ordering and accepting this product, you hereby waive and release any claim now or hereafter existing against Aloy Hybrid Battery, its employees, officers, directors, agents and customers, on account of any and all claims, demands, suits, causes of action and all legal proceedings, whether civil or criminal, damages, losses, liabilities (including, but not limited to, strict liability in tort), obligations, penalties, judgments or fines and other sanctions, and any costs and expenses in connection therewith, including legal fees and expenses of whatever kind and nature, which may result from or arise out of injury to or death or loss or damage to property or the loss of use of any property which may result from or arise out of the possession, condition, use or operation of this product.
1. Warranty Coverage
This Limited Warranty is provided by Gam Hybrid for hybrid battery products sold or installed by Gam Hybrid or Aloy Hybrid. Gam Hybrid warrants that the hybrid battery will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal vehicle use and service during the applicable warranty period.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date of installation or the date of purchase as listed on the customer invoice. The exact warranty duration is stated on the invoice provided to the customer. Warranty coverage includes unlimited vehicle mileage during the warranty period. The warranty period does not restart or extend if the battery is repaired or replaced under this warranty.
3. Remedy Under Warranty
If a hybrid battery is determined by Gam Hybrid to be defective during the warranty period, Gam Hybrid will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the battery. If the battery was originally installed by Gam Hybrid or Aloy Hybrid, the reinstallation of the replacement battery is included at no additional labor charge.
4. Warranty Transfer
This warranty may be transferred one (1) time to a subsequent vehicle owner if the vehicle is sold. Transfer must be completed within thirty (30) days of the vehicle sale and requires documentation proving the transfer of vehicle ownership. The warranty applies only to the original vehicle in which the battery was installed and may not be transferred separately from the vehicle.
5. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover failures resulting from:
• Improper installation performed by individuals or businesses not approved by Gam Hybrid.
• Physical damage to the battery occurring after installation.
• Vehicle neglect, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance.
• Vehicle modifications outside manufacturer specifications.
• Removal and installation of the battery into a different vehicle.
• Damage caused by accident, collision, flood, fire, or environmental conditions.
• Commercial, rideshare, taxi, or fleet vehicle use unless otherwise specified.
• Any condition outside the control of Gam Hybrid.
6. Core Return Requirement
The original hybrid battery core must be returned to Gam Hybrid. Failure to return the complete battery core may void the warranty and may result in the loss of any applicable core credit.
7. Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact Gam Hybrid or Aloy Hybrid directly and provide the following information:
• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
• Diagnostic trouble codes (OBD II) related to the hybrid battery system
• Date the diagnostic inspection was performed
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by a Gam Hybrid or Aloy Hybrid technician. If the diagnostic evaluation does not confirm a hybrid battery failure, a diagnostic or service fee may apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Gam Hybrid. Gam Hybrid shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of vehicle use, towing expenses, rental vehicle costs, or other related expenses. Warranty coverage applies only to the hybrid battery product itself unless otherwise stated in writing.
