Questions From Torrance Customers

Can you quote a Prius battery from the model year?

The year is a good starting point. We may need a few more details, such as the exact version, to confirm the right pack.

What should a complete quote include?

The battery, installation, programming, testing, and recycling of your old pack. If another quote charges for any of these separately, add them in before comparing totals.

Do you repair individual cells?

No. We don’t swap a few weak cells; we replace every module with a new one so the whole pack is rebuilt.
