Aloy Hybrid Battery Warranty Coverage
Requesting Warranty Service
To request warranty support, please contact us at aloyhybrid@gmail.com and include the following information:
- Full Name and Phone Number
- Address where the vehicle is located
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- Current odometer reading
- Original invoice or order number
- Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) – either:
- Photos of a scan tool displaying the codes, or
- A full diagnostic report from a dealership or certified shop
All claims must be backed by a professional or verifiable diagnostic. No exceptions.
DTCs may be obtained using a personal OBD-II scanner or through a service provider. Please include codes from all applicable modules, such as:
- PCM (Powertrain Control Module)
- BECM (Battery Energy Control Module)
- ECM (Engine Control Module)
- TCM (Transmission Control Module)
- BCM (Body Control Module)
- ABS (Anti-lock Braking System)
If battery failure is confirmed during the warranty period, a replacement will be provided at no cost. However, expenses related to diagnostics or towing are not covered under this warranty.
What the Warranty Covers
Our batteries come with an Unlimited Mileage Warranty for the full duration specified at purchase. If the battery fails due to manufacturing defect or workmanship, we’ll replace it free of charge, pending diagnostic confirmation.
When Warranty Coverage does not Apply
This warranty does not apply if the battery failure is caused by any of the following:
- Improper use, accidents, or physical abuse
- Installation of unauthorized or aftermarket electrical components
- Modifications or tampering with battery seals/stickers
- Incorrect or incomplete installation
- Exposure to extreme environmental conditions or chemicals
- Poor or irregular vehicle maintenance
- Use outside of manufacturer specifications
- Use in commercial or fleet vehicles
- Battery removed or reinstalled in another vehicle
- Engine issues that impact battery health (e.g., P0A0F, P3190, P3193, etc.)
- Vehicles stored over 30 days or driven less than 2,500 miles per year
- Damage after delivery (including fire, flood, or collision)
12-Volt Battery Requirement
At installation, we will test your 12V system. If your vehicle fails this test and you did not purchase a new battery from us, you must provide proof that an Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) battery was professionally installed.
- If a standard (non-AGM) battery is installed, it must be replaced before warranty coverage is activated.
- Honda hybrids are exempt from this AGM requirement.
Limitations of Liability
Aloy Hybrid is not responsible for any:
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Special damages
- Losses due to vehicle downtime or missed use
All implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, are expressly disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.
Waiver of Claims
By installing and using our battery, you release Gam Hybrid inc, its staff, agents, and affiliates from any legal claims, suits, or liability connected to:
- Personal injury
- Vehicle damage
- Property loss
- Operational failure
Other Terms to Know
- This warranty is non-transferable, unless required by law.
- It is void if the vehicle is declared a total loss or written off.
- Hybrid ECUs, voltage sensors, DC/DC converters, and related components are not covered under this policy.
