• Core Deposit: A $5,000 refundable core charge is added to your order at checkout for shipped units.

• Returns: To receive your full refund (minus return shipping), simply return your old battery in its original packaging within 45 days.

• Service Options: For all in-shop or mobile installations, our team will collect the old unit at the time of service, and no core deposit will be required.

Hassle-Free Core Return Returning your core is straightforward: pack your old battery back into the same heavy-duty packaging your replacement arrived in and send it back. Once the unit is received at our facility, your core deposit refund will be processed promptly.

Have an Old Pack to Sell? We are always looking to purchase your used packs and refresh kits.
